Multichannel Assortment Strategies
Description: Many retailers nowadays opt for a multichannel strategy, where they utilize both the online and the offline channel to sell their products. While this strategy offers new opportunities for companies to reach their clients, it also raises a number of challenges in marketing and logistics. We focus on solving three assortment-related challenges in a multichannel context: (1) new-product introduction, (2) stock allocation and (3) dynamic pricing.
